25 February 2019 To all our stakeholders, On 24 January 2019, the Supreme Court of Appeal delivered judgment on REDISA’s appeal against the provisional liquidation order of 1 June 2017. We are very pleased to say that the Court delivered a very strong judgement exonerating the REDISA directors from all the allegations made against them and the company (a copy of the judgment can be downloaded here). We are now busy re-building the organisation. Many things have to be attended to (including reclaiming our web site). Watch this space for further news. A new web site is planned to be be operational in 8 weeks.
